This is an exceedingly rigorous workout program, so you will want to make sure you can execute most of the workouts. This heart rate test requires that you perform jumping jacks nonstop at a quick and steady pace for two minutes. When you hit the last 30 seconds, try to do these jumping jacks as fast as you can in order to increase your heart rate. In order to fulfill the records demanded by the program, you will need to measure your heart rate over the span of the next four minutes. You should be able to stand without problems and take a breather once you finish the test. If you find yourself desperately in need or air or in need to sit down, then you might want to reconsider the program.

One thing to keep in judgment is that if you can complete the two minutes of jumping jacks with the thirty second fast mode, then you are in solid shape to go along with the program! Hopefully, you will be able to pass all of the other tests that are needed to determine if you are physically fit enough prior to the program to go along with it.
